I’m Saf.

Around 12 months ago, I quit my job as Creative Director at Ali Abdaal to build Talking Heads (with Ali joining as a strategic partner).

Talking Heads is a done-for-you YouTube service that handles everything from strategy, ideas, titles, thumbnails to editing, animating, A/B testing.

Currently, we have 3 clients, growing to 5 in November - and with your help we can take it to 8.

The business is already oversubscribed from referrals alone. Our dream roster includes top creators (e.g. Tim Ferris), top companies (e.g. Formula 1) and top founders (e.g. Sam Altman).

Our vision is to create the world’s best educational, talking head videos for YouTube 🌎

About the Role 🚀

This role is equal parts operator and strategist.

As an operator:

1. You’ll be responsible for systemising and managing the operations behind the agency. Building SOPs.
2. You’ll work with video editors and thumbnail designers to ensure high-quality outputs.
